Commitment to privacy
SpySpotter software is dedicated to the importance of people's privacy while using their computer. SpySpotter assures you that they are committed to your privacy. Our site makes use of an order form. We collect visitor's contact information (first name, last name, billing address, phone number, email address, and any other relevant information provided by you) as well as financial information (account or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing orders as well as promoting company specials to our customers. SpySpotter may provide your personal information if necessary, in SpySpotter's good faith judgment, to comply with laws or regulations of a governmental or regulatory body or in response to a valid subpoena, warrant, or order or to protect the rights of SpySpotter or others.

Cookies
When installing SpySpotter or ordering from one of SpySpotter's Reseller's, a cookie is stored on the user's computer for the purpose of identifying the source of the sale (which Reseller referred the customer). No personally identifiable information is stored in this cookie. Our site also uses cookies to maintain shopping cart information, provide special offers, and to monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Emails
By submitting your e-mail address to SpySpotter, your e-mail address will automatically be added to our E-Newsletter Subscriber List, which we send out our special offers or updates. SpySpotter will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to non-partner entities. We may share the personal information you provide online with other network associates entities and/or business partners. You may opt-out of receiving future email promotions by following the instructions in the email message, by replying to that email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or by clicking here.

Credit Card Information
SpySpotter uses Secure Server Software (SSL) that is among the best in use today by e-commerce Web sites. Your personal information, including sensitive credit card information, is encrypted so that it is indecipherable by others as it travels across the Internet.

Our Policies
SpySpotter accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At this time, these are the only forms of payment SpySpotter accepts. Once you hit the "submit secure ordering" button, your sale will be final. You may use this software daily, weekly, monthly, or at any time you choose.

Support
SpySpotter provides email support for users who purchase the software at support@spyspotter.com. SpySpotter does not provide telephone support.

Governing Law and Interpretation. This Agreement shall be interpreted under, governed under, and construed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to its rules governing the conflict of laws. Venue for any legal action shall be proper in the state courts of Barbados and the federal courts of Barbados and you and SPYSPOTTER each expressly consent to venue and jurisdiction therein.

SpySpotter reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, privacy policy, and these Conditions of Use at any time.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AFFIRM AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN REPRESENT AN AGREED UPON ALLOCATION OF RISK WHICH IS REFLECTED IN THE FACT THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING SOFTWARE AND ASSUMING THE OTHER OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.
